The following are just a few examples of my creative vision and craftsmanship
MCM Inspired Basement Wall & Ceiling Repaint
The Client here requested a cost conscious refresh of the paint on about 80% of the walls and ceilings in their space, along with spackle repairs and trim touchups throughout. After a careful color match I was able to duplicate their existing wall color 17 years after it was initially painted and breathed new life into this family’s favorite space.
Laundry Room/Mud Room Painting
This Laundry room was originally painted a pea green. I taped off stained wood cabinets to protect them, spackled holes in walls and ceiling from old light fixture. painted walls, ceiling, trim, and all 3 doors.
Antique Casement Window Restoration
Full restoration including removal of loose paint and debris from sashes, frame, and remaining hardware. Multiple areas of rot were completely cut out and new wood was secured in its place and blended in with wood filler. Wood stabilizer was applied to protect original wood components. New glass was pinned into place and glazed. Sashes primed and painted. Remaining original hardware was cleaned and waxed to prevent further rust, missing period correct hardware was sourced. Window sashes rehung and are now fully functional.
Front Door and Side Light Repaint
A fresh paint job on this front door and side lights. The old paint was sanded off and a bonding primer was applied before painting the door and side windows with a jet black enamel paint.
Small Fence Staining
I sanded down the exposed wood pickets and posts on this section of fencing before Staining using an opaque exterior stain on both sides of the fence.
Hard Maple Half Wall Cap
Original painted pine cap replaced by 4/4 Hard Maple half wall cap, with a crack secured by 3 hand cut Dutchman joints on the presentation face and finished with polyurethane. Original trim repaired, reinstalled, and repainted.

Stained both sides of the T&G with General Finishes ‘Candlelite’ Gel stain and applied topcoat. Insulation was installed during installation of the ceiling boards.
